Our Mission

  1. Our mission at PVCC is to help every person cultivate a deep, active, faith based relationship with Jesus through prayer, Bible reading, worship and Christian fellowship resulting in Christ like character.

Our Vision

  1. We will fulfill our purpose by focusing ministry effort in three areas: a robust youth ministry, vibrant small groups and uplifting Sunday services.

What We Believe (click for our doctrinal statement)

  1. We believe that everyone needs salvation and that salvation comes through faith alone. Not by works but by the grace of God through His Son Jesus.

The “Seedlings”

  1. We value family here at Pauma Church. We encourage the children to worship with us in the beginning of service. This is an important time for families to worship together. After the worship time, children (grades pre thru 5th) will gather in the entry way with their respective classes and walk to their class rooms for a special time of learning fun and fellowship with other children and excellent teachers.

  1. Giving

  2. At Pauma Valley Community Church we have chosen not to pass an offering plate on Sunday mornings. Instead we have an offering box available to you so you can give without obligation. Please give as God places it in your heart. We hope you'll enjoy our weekly worship services.

Communion

  1. On the first Sunday of each month, we have two meals together as a church family. This first meal represents the “Lord’s Supper.” If you have put your trust in Jesus Christ and Him alone for your salvation then you are welcome to join us. If you are not a believer in Christ please refrain from taking of the bread or cup as it is passed around. No one will look down on you for refraining. You are our guest and we hope that you will discover the joy of having a relationship with Christ when you are ready to make that commitment of faith.

  2. The second meal is for everyone! We have a big feast after the service and this is a great time to eat good food with great company! Please bring a meal to share with the church body (meal, side dish or dessert). Even if you didn’t bring anything we’d love for you to join us for what we affectionately call “Family Dinner.”
